I am still working on getting to where I want to be in life.  It's very difficult, and this time of year tends to wear me out.  I haven't kept on top of creating like I thought I would: I did sew my Halloween costume, but I haven't added any drawings for a while. I've written a lot of ideas down about a comic I've been sketching out since I was a kid, but... doing the work needs more motivation than I have at the moment. There's also some things going on in my personal life that need some attention, and... I don't know what's going to happen there. It's kind of a big deal, but not one I want to talk about publicly. So my husband and I found an apartment that we can kind of afford, and today we're moving in! The storage unit is empty, which is very exciting, and since we got it out today, money saved.  All the stuff is in the apartment. I just have to get the things out of my temp lodgings with family... and that's it. I'll be better able to make art happen, to live and breathe. I can buy groceries and make my own meals again.  This is very exciting :)

so.... quite a few years since I posted a journal entry, but maybe it's time to start up again? Probably not, but I was getting pretty tired of that one entry being on my page. So.
