I thought it would be simple enough to sit down and wait for class to begin while catching up on some email. This is miserable. The door that would have been protecting the inside form what is the outside doesn't have time to shut. It's not to say there is a rush of students, no I wouldn't dare. But it is a steady stream. The door is nearly alway mere centimeters away from closing from the egress of one student, when it is again pulled by one more entering student. It's irritating as all get out. It seems like there would be some sense to the human traffic, that they would come as a group when one class let's out, instead of singular stray body after another. This thouroughfare was designed for discomfort.
Edit****
It Continues
In the classroom, people are drifting in throughout the lecture. When they open that godforsaken door, they let in the outside cold. Why don't we lock the damn thing, so that people late to class have to live with their choice?
